The Vance County Sheriff’s Office and District Attorney’s Office did not find grounds for criminal charges in the case.

“School staff discovered students out of place and began to question the situation,” Cindy Bennett, Vance County Schools assistant superintendent of student services, wrote in an email to the Dispatch. “This realization happened after the incident, as the school was dismissing for the day. School staff immediately began to review security footage to determine if an incident had occurred.”
Bennett ignored questions about why police were not contacted immediately, and how students were able to engage in sex acts in a school hallway unsupervised and undetected.
Fox 8 reports the Vance County Sheriff’s Office and District Attorney’s Office investigated the incident and determined a crime was not committed because the young girl seemed to be a willing participant in the action, and the cell phone video recording was not disseminated.
Bennett referred to the incident as a disciplinary infraction and said the male students involved could face up to a 364-day suspension. She would not tell the Dispatch whether any school employees were reprimanded as a result of the incident, or if staff obtained the cell phone video recorded by the students.

Oral Sex Causes Head & Neck Cancer: HPV Study
A new highly-regarded study shows a 22-fold increased risk for incident oropharyngeal cancer, a head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), following evidence of human papillomavirus (HPV) in the mouth -- likely transmitted via oral sex. Decades ago, such cancers were less common and assumed to be caused by smoking and drinking.

Dr. Ilir Agalliu and colleagues at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York looked at the records of more than 96,000 people taking part in a big medical study.
They all took a mouthwash test for oral HPV infection as part of the study. Four years later, 132 of them had developed some form of head and neck cancer. The researchers compared each patient with cancer to three similar people who didn't get it.
People infected with a strain called HPV-16 were between two and 22 times as likely to be in the cancer group, the team reported in the Journal of the American Medical Association's JAMA Oncology.
Experts believe 70 percent of all head and neck cancers are caused by HPV, likely spread by oral sex. According to experts, by 2020 head and neck cancer will beat out cervical cancer as the most common HPV-related cancer.

Court Orders Lesbian Teachers back in NY School
After years of legal battling, the Manhattan Supreme Court closed the book on the November 2009 lesbian classroom romp of Alini Brito and Cindy Mauro that initially led to their firings, then suspensions, and now reinstatement with back pay and financial penalty to the taxpayers. School employees had discovered the two naked women on the floor engaged in oral sex — an act first claimed by the pair to be Mauro checking Brito for low blood sugar (Mauro's head was between Brito's legs).

In court papers, a lawyer for Cindy Mauro, . . . who was spotted by school employees topless in a classroom with teacher said other teachers had received significantly less severe penalties for crimes and inappropriate misconduct involving students and even other teachers.
They were initially fired and sued to get their jobs back. A state appeals court said that firing was too harsh a penalty, because they were "consenting adults" and no children witnessed the after-hours hookup.

Mauro’s reaction, however, “was at best blase,” Lazan wrote in his ruling. Mauro claimed the sexual encounter was “only a kiss” and “made light of the whole situation, as if nothing had happened.”

They instantly became the most famous teachers in New York City, winning their school the tabloid nickname of “Horndog High.” But though it all might have sounded like the stuff of overheated high school fantasy, it had some very grown-up consequences: They were fired.
Their case has gone through a series of twists, the latest this week, when an appeals court ruled, more than four years after the episode, that Ms. Brito and Ms. Mauro must be put back on the city’s payroll.
During the initial arbitration process, Ms. Brito and Ms. Mauro argued that there had been no impropriety whatsoever. Ms. Brito — who had required medical attention in the past — said she was suffering from reactive hypoglycemia, and Ms. Mauro was attending to her by laying her down, getting her sugar packets and elevating her feet, they said. Other than a sweater, which had been repurposed as a pillow for Ms. Brito, they said they were both fully dressed. They lost.

City lawyers argued that there was no medical equipment found with the women, and the two had climbed six flights of stairs to get to the room, passing multiple classrooms and more than one bathroom on the way.

The ruling stunned fellow teachers, who feared the judges have given a green light to all sorts of kinky classroom sleaze.
“[It] sets a poor example for other teachers. They may think they can do it, too,” fumed one James Madison teacher, who asked not to be named.
The ruling also shocked students at the school, which became known as “Horndog High” after news spread of Brito and Mauro’s canoodling. “A student could have walked in on them,” said 10th-grader Tiffany Kagan.

The DOE subsequently challenged the finding.
Brito’s and the DOE’s separate challenges were heard by the same panel of Appellate Division, 1st Department justices as they involved the same set of facts despite competing demands for relief.
In the cases against Mauro and Brito, the justices found each firing to be improper and excessive.

Brooklyn Homosexual Teacher Paid Boy for Oral Sex
Elementary school teacher Waris Grant, 37, admitted to police that he paid a 16-year-old boy to perform oral sex on him and is now charged with promoting prostitution, criminal sex act with a minor and acting in a manner that is injurious to a child. Grant has been employed at Public School 256 in Bedford-Stuyvesant (Brooklyn, New York) for over a decade teaching art and music.

In 2013, men accounted for about 91 percent of all reported cases. The highest rates of syphilis were among black men, although the largest increases were reported among Hispanic and white men, the CDC said.

Gay Savage Sells Sex App for Univ. of Oregon
The Health Center at the University of Oregon has launched sexual performance training demonstrations including computer applications to teach teenagers, especially virgins, how to have sex of all kinds, with any and all genders. To kick off the virtual orgy, taxpayers funded a $24,000 fee to well-known profane and obscene homosexual gossip guru Dan Savage.

When Savage strolled onto the stage, members of the audience cheered and praised his presence. There was not an empty seat in the Lee Barlow Giustina ballroom at the Ford Alumni Center.
“You guys are setting the agenda tonight, so however dirty or inappropriate the conversation gets — it’s your fucking fault,” Savage said followed by laughter and amusement from the audience. And from there, the night progressed.
Savage has been writing his advice column Savage Love since 1991, touching on issues relating to his passion, opinion and beliefs of sex and relations. He has been known to push the boundaries of sexuality and the pursuit of sexual desires by opening people’s minds to the many different representations of sex. This is his second visit to the UO since 2011.
Throughout the lecture, Savage addressed questions of a wide variety of sexual topics including the importance of sexual education, to kinks and fetishes, experimentation and communication as well as same-sex marriage.
As he flipped through from card to card, he answered questions dealing with the sexual act of fisting to gorilla suit fetishes; the roaring response from the audience was unanimous.
“It’s really important to make his time as rich of an experience as possible and I think this really did that, which was really great,” Van Norman said. “The crowd seemed really stoked to have him.”

The father of a 4-year-old boy plans to file a lawsuit Monday against the First Lutheran Church of Carson after his son described receiving sex from a 5-year-old girl.
At least one other boy at the school is making the same claim.

Planned Parenthood's Oral Sex Push Bad: Fed Report
For years, Planned Parenthood has been encouraging children to engage in oral sex as a means of avoiding pregnancy and to reduce disease risks. However, a new Federal CDC study showing that STDs flourish via oral sex, fortunately also shows a reduction of sexual activity, both vaginal and oral, among teenagers and young adults between 2002 and 2010, thus demonstrating, again, that pre-Obama abstinence education programs were effective.

The National Center for Health Statistics, a division of the Centers for Disease Control [CDC] and Prevention, released data today that revealed an overall decrease in oral sex among adolescents between 2002 and 2010, reflecting a similar small decline in vaginal intercourse within the same age group.
Experts said two-thirds of all youth between the ages of 15 and 24 had had an experience with oral sex, risky behavior that the federal government said is contributing to the spread of sexually transmitted diseases.
Some data suggest that many adolescents engage in oral sex because they believe it is safer and preserves their virginity, according to a CDC 2009 fact sheet.
"In our culture, there was a time when the president suggested that oral sex wasn't sex, and that is still with us, to some degree," said Geoffrey Michaelson, a Vienna, Va., psychologist who specializes in sexuality.
"From my point of view, any exchange of body fluid, touching, fondling or arousal, that is sex," he said.

The National Center for Health Statistics, a division of the Centers for Disease Control [CDC] and Prevention, released data today that revealed an overall decrease in oral sex among adolescents between 2002 and 2010, reflecting a similar small decline in vaginal intercourse within the same age group.
Experts said two-thirds of all youth between the ages of 15 and 24 had had an experience with oral sex, risky behavior that the federal government said is contributing to the spread of sexually transmitted diseases.
Some data suggest that many adolescents engage in oral sex because they believe it is safer and preserves their virginity, according to a CDC 2009 fact sheet.
"In our culture, there was a time when the president suggested that oral sex wasn't sex, and that is still with us, to some degree," said Geoffrey Michaelson, a Vienna, Va., psychologist who specializes in sexuality.
"From my point of view, any exchange of body fluid, touching, fondling or arousal, that is sex," he said.

The percentage of teenagers who have had vaginal sex dropped from 51 percent in 1988 to 43 percent in the period from 2006 to 2010, the report said. Condom use increased, according to the report, though the rate of sexually transmitted diseases remained about the same.

Over all, 49 percent of boys and 48 percent of girls ages 15 to 19 have engaged in oral sex, according to the data. Among the younger teenagers in the survey, the ones ages 15 to 17, those numbers drop to 38 percent for boys and 33 percent for girls.
“There’s been a perception for many years that there’s some kind of epidemic of oral sex among teens,” said Leslie Kantor, vice president for education of the Planned Parenthood Federation of America, who was not involved in the study. “If nothing else, this data provides a realistic sense of the numbers.”
Rates of oral sex among teenagers have been dropping over the past 10 years, as they have been for intercourse too, according to the C.D.C. In 2002, about 55 percent of 15- to 19-year-olds reported having engaged in oral sex. Between 2006 and 2010, that number dropped to 48 percent for boys and 46 percent for girls.
The survey included only opposite-sex interactions.

Sexual Immorality Causes Cancer: HPV Epidemic
As the liberal media highlighted the heated presidential candidate debate concerning mandatory HPV vaccinations for pre-teens, they inadvertently damaged their own sexualization agenda, and so they've retrenched and are now reporting the cancer-causing effects of HPV infection -- insisting that all girls and boys be vaccinated ASAP. What the media refuse to acknowledge is that abstinence is 100% effective in stopping this sexually transmitted virus.
The problem is rooted in a culture that demands acceptance of sexual immorality.

Parents Force Mass. School Back on Sexualization
When Massachusetts parents learned of Fitchburg School Committee surveying their pre-teens about their oral sex experiences in a quest for government grants, they filed a complaint with U.S. Dept. of Education. Now, the school has agreed that no such surveys will be administered without parental consent.

In response, the school agreed to eliminate the "passive consent" system, in which it is presumed that the parents have given consent if they do not complete a form that students are sent home with. Only when parents give written consent will students receive surveys to complete.

House Minority Leader Brad Jones (R-N. Reading) said he was “a bit taken aback” by Maria Talks: “Even middle-of-the-road people are saying, ‘Wait a second. My tax dollars are going for this?’ ”

Despite the fact that abstinence education programs are both medically accurate and supported by sound research, the pro-comprehensive sex ed proponents reject them for ideological reasons, and it is their voices that the Department of Human Services will hear.

The United States government conducted a survey regarding sex in America through the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. In a reverse trend from the past, the survey results show that 27% of men and 29% of women in the 15-to-24 age group have never had sex. Previously, the statistics indicated that only 22% of both males and females in that age group were virgins.
The survey also analyzed same-sex experiences among the sexes in the 15-to-44 age group. About 13% of women claimed to have had same-sex partners compared to only 5% of men.

The uptick in abstinence is one of many revealing facts arising from structured interviews with a random sample of 13,495 Americans, ages 15 to 44, that were done from 2006 to 2008. The findings provide evidence for almost every theory and supposition about the nation's secret sex life.
The survey results, released Thursday, suggest that oral sex may be a gateway to vaginal sex but that for some teens it is a stopping point. Most adults are monogamous. About 4 in 10 adults have had anal sex. Women are more likely than men to have same-sex liaisons. Or at least are more comfortable talking about them.

"The perception is all kids are engaging in oral sex. Obviously, that's not the case," says Jennifer Manlove, a senior research scientist with the Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit Child Trends, who studies teen sexuality. "They may be more in control of their behaviors than we think."
Debbie Roffman, a human sexuality educator in Baltimore, says it does appear "that there is a trend toward postponement."
While changes from the earlier numbers are small, the new study goes into much greater detail and fills in many gaps in the 2002 data, says lead author Anjani Chandra. Definitions, including specific descriptions of behaviors such as oral sex, were included in the new report to avoid miscommunication, she says.
Among men and women 18-44, 94% of women and 96% of men identified themselves as heterosexual while 1.1% of women and 1.7% of men said they were homosexual. The percentage of women who identified themselves as bisexual was more than three times that of men: 3.5% of women vs. 1.1% of men.

Over one in three people, aged 15 to 44 years old in the National Health Survey claim they have had anal sex.
It's becoming a part of sexual practice from a very young age. "Among 15-17 year olds, 6.2% of boys and 7.0% of girls have had anal sex with an opposite-sex partner," says the report.

Valerie Huber of the National Abstinence Education Association [says] that these numbers are a positive change from 2002 when only 46% of boys and 49% of girls reported no sexual contact and she says the report challenges the wisdom of the recent federal funding cuts to abstinence education.
“One hundred sixty-nine abstinence education programs lost funding and over 1 million students lost access to the very programs that can support and encourage the positive trends represented by this data,” she told LifeNews.com. “If we are serious about decreasing teen sexual activity, we need to use the data to instruct public policy.”
She continued, “Funding priority should be given to programs that support this healthy trend rather than capitulating to those who want to normalize sex among teens and simply offer contraception as a solution. The data renders ‘null and void’ the ‘abstinence is unrealistic’ claims made by anti-abstinence advocacy groups.“

Oral Sex is 'Entry Drug' to Everything-sex
Even though common sense tells any mature adult that a little sex typically increases the desire for more, it took a formal study for sexperts to admit that the public education craze of encouraging children to have oral sex in order to reduce teen pregnancy and disease, actually has the opposite effect.

Engaging in oral sex may be a gateway to intercourse for some teens, indirectly raising their risks of sexually transmitted diseases and pregnancy, according to a new study.
California researchers found that only 9 percent of high school students who started having oral sex at the end of ninth grade had abstained from vaginal sex through the end of 11th grade.
Oral sex is the most common sexual activity among teens, with one in five high school freshmen and more than half of 15 to 19-year-olds reporting they've tried it.
In the new study, [senior researcher Dr. Bonnie L.] Halpern-Felsher and Dr. Anna V. Song of the University of California, Merced, followed more than 600 students attending two northern California high schools from 2002 to 2005, in order to better understand the role oral sex has in the progression of teen sexual behavior.

Most teens who engage in oral sex for the first time will have vaginal intercourse within six months, a new poll indicates.
And half the teens who initiate oral sex in ninth grade will have vaginal intercourse before the end of junior year, the survey of California high school students finds.
. . . teens who delayed having oral sex until the end of 11th grade had a 57 percent change of avoiding vaginal intercourse through 11th grade. This could mean that teens who delay oral sex are more likely to delay vaginal sex as well, the authors said.
So, while kids may think of oral sex as "low risk" with respect to sexually transmitted diseases and pregnancy, its initiation may have a strong predictive tie to future high-risk activities. This finding should guide sex-education and preventive health programs directed toward teens, the authors said.
The study, partially funded by the U.S. National Institute of Child Health and Human Development, is published online Nov. 1 ahead of print in the Archives of Pediatric Adolescent Medicine.

Health care providers, parents and educators should directly address oral sex and its risks with teens, according to study researcher Bonnie Halpern-Felsher, a professor of pediatrics at University of California, San Francisco.
"I see most of the health policies out there and guidelines for preventive services talking about sex generally, but they do not specify oral sex. That is an important distinction because teens don't consider oral sex to be sex, and many are not aware of the risks involved," Halpern-Felsher said.
"Our study demonstrates that through its relationship with intercourse, oral sex contributes to the total risk associated with sexual activity among teens, including sexually transmitted diseases and pregnancy," said Anna Song, also a study researcher and an assistant professor of psychological sciences at the University of California, Merced.
