ENDA: Next Obamanation of Gay Agenda

Homosexual congressmen Barney Frank (D-Mass.) & Tammy Baldwin (D-Wisc.) are promising that the next Pelosi ram-jam legislation will be the Employment Non-Discrimination Act -- the 'pièce de résistance' of the Gay Agenda.

ENDA would equate sexual deviancy rights to civil rights, thus requiring, for example, Christian schools to hire cross-dressing men.

UPDATE 4/22/10: “What ENDA could do is put transgender teachers in every classroom in America.”

-- From "ENDA Vote Coming Soon" by Chris Geidner, Metro Weekly 4/18/10

Legislation aimed at ending employment discrimination against LGBT people
will be marked up in committee "this week or next," according to Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.). [bill HR 3017]

Frank, speaking to Metro Weekly after his appearance at the Victory Fund's annual Champagne Brunch, said the Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA) – currently in the House Education and Labor Committee – has been "promised" a quick vote in the full House by Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) once the bill leaves committee.

In the past month, Frank has been speaking with increased confidence and specificity about House passage of ENDA. The legislation, which has been introduced in different forms in Congress since 1994, would prohibit discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity for employers with 15 or more employees.

From "Barney And Barack's Anti-Religion Agenda" by J. Matt Barber, of Liberty Counsel posted at The Washington Times 4/18/10

According to its leftist proponents, ENDA would merely insulate people who choose to engage in homosexual conduct (sexual orientation) or those who suffer from gender confusion (gender identity) against employment intolerance. In truth, however, this legislation effectively would codify the very thing it purports to combat: workplace discrimination.

ENDA would force - under penalty of law - Christian, Jewish or Muslim business owners to adopt a secular-humanist viewpoint, ignoring all matters surrounding sexual morality while making hiring and firing decisions. Unlike race or sex, homosexual and cross-dressing behaviors are both volitional and mutable. Nonetheless, and despite the reality that such conduct is in direct conflict with every major world religion, thousands of years of history and uncompromising human biology, ENDA would compel business owners with 15 or more employees to leave sincerely held religious beliefs at the workplace door and submit to the demands of the homosexual activist lobby.

This is government-sanctioned viewpoint discrimination. It is no different from forcing a deeply religious business owner to hire and accommodate an "out and proud" adulterous "swinger." It directly alienates the unalienable rights of people of faith. It pits the government directly against the free exercise of religion and is, therefore, unconstitutional on its face.

During his second term, President George W. Bush issued a Statement of Administration Policy on ENDA, highlighting its unconstitutionality: "[ENDA] is inconsistent with the right to the free exercise of religion as codified by Congress in the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA)."

President Obama, however, has publicly endorsed the bill and promises to sign it into law should it pass. This is in perfect keeping with his demonstrated belief that the federal government's constitutionally limited powers are more of a suggestion than a requirement. Mr. Obama has appointed at least one like-minded ENDA heavy. Chai R. Feldblum is a lesbian activist and sexual nihilist lawyer who in the past has publicly supported legalized polygamy and bisexual polyamory.

When asked about the Christian business owner or religious organization that morally objects to hiring people openly engaged in the homosexual lifestyle, Ms. Feldblum snapped: "Gays win, Christians lose." And where Americans' constitutionally guaranteed right to religious liberty comes into conflict with the postmodern concept of homosexual "rights," Ms. Feldblum has admitted having "a hard time coming up with any case in which religious liberty should win."

Homosexualists Issue Death Threats to Christians

Angry after Maine voters upheld marriage, homosexualists target pro-family leaders -- ironically, just days after President Obama signed 'hate crimes' legislation.

"It seems the more the gay movement achieves, the more hostile the activists become toward religious people. They know the religious and moral people are the last impediment to their full agenda."

-- From "Threat made against gay marriage opponent in Maine" by Associated Press 11/9/09

Augusta police say the voicemail threat targeted Michael Heath, former leader of the Christian Civic League of Maine and its successor, the Maine Family Policy Council. The person who left the voicemail said, "I can tell him this. I’m a gay guy who owns guns, and he’s my next target." [CLICK HERE to hear the voice mail audio.]

A homosexual blogger passed off as a "joke" a suggestion by a contributor to his website that there might be church bombings because of Christians' refusal to support the homosexual lifestyle.

But several individuals named in the column are taking the threat seriously.

"That is what Fort Hood teaches us," said Peter LaBarbera, president of Americans for Truth About Homosexuality, referring to the attack on the Texas Army base by a Muslim officer that killed 13 people and wounded 28.

LaBarbera was cited by name in the postings on the "joemygod" website run by homosexual advocate Joe Jervis.

LaBarbera and Matt Barber of Liberty Counsel, who also is an active supporter of biblical marriage, confirmed to WND they notified authorities of the threats.

McDonald's, Media Give Christians the Silent Treatment

Chicago media team up with McDonald's to shield the public from what McDonald's spokesman terms the 'hate' of Christians who oppose the Gay Agenda

-- From "Very Sad But Not Surprising" by Dave Diersen of GOPUSA Illinois 7/17/08

It is very sad, but not surprising, that the Combine [Chicago politicians of both parties] got its news media members to keep the boycott off their websites.

The boycott was announced at an outstanding 10:00 AM press conference yesterday at the McDonald's restaurant across from McDonald's world headquarters in Oak Brook.

Because the Illinois Democrat Party Platform promotes homosexual activity and the Illinois Republican Party Platform discourages homosexual activity, the boycott is a political story. I was hoping to see Mary Ann Ahern, David Beery, Mike Flannery, Rick Preason, Andy Shaw, and other political reporters at the press conference, but I did not.

Speakers at the outstanding press conference included Matt Barber, Peter LaBarbera, Sandy Rios, and David E. Smith.

Sadly, McDonald's is a member of the Combine. Hopefully, Illinois Republican Party (IRP) Chairman Andy McKenna Jr. will get his father, Andy McKenna Sr., the President of McDonald's, to get McDonald's to stop promoting homosexual activity.

Gay Activist Protests Discrimination Against Blood Donations from Homosexual Men

Discriminating is often the right thing to do...

From "Gay' Activists Risk Your Life - Tolerate It!" by Matt Barber, posted 3/27/08 at CNSNEWS.com

...It's sad when people yield to disordered sexual temptations that can literally kill them spiritually, emotionally and physically. Nobody with any compassion enjoys watching others "[receive] in themselves the due penalty for their perversion." But a corollary to free will is living (or dying) with the choices we've made.

That said - it's an entirely different proposition when bad behaviors place others at risk. This should not - and must not - be "tolerated."

...
But risking lives is apparently of little concern to radical homosexual activists such as Joe Solmonese, president of the so-called "Human Rights Campaign" (HRC), the nation's largest and most radical homosexual pressure group.

Solmonese recently placed politics over science, falsely declaring this common sense public health precaution to be "discriminatory." He has called for the ban to be lifted, with the wildly irresponsible claim that, "[T]here is no medical or scientific rationale for this discriminatory policy."

...
According to the FDA, MSM "have an HIV prevalence 60 times higher than the general population, 800 times higher than first time blood donors and 8,000 times higher than repeat blood donors (American Red Cross).

"[MSM] also have an increased risk of having other infections that can be transmitted to others by blood transfusion. For example, infection with the Hepatitis B virus is about 5-6 times more common, and Hepatitis C virus infections are about 2 times more common in [MSM] than in the general population," according to the FDA.

A recent CDC study rocked the homosexual community in finding that although MSM comprise only one to two percent of the population, they account for an epidemic 64 percent of all syphilis cases.

...In South Africa, militant homosexual activists have been "protesting" by deliberately and surreptitiously violating that nation's blood ban, aiming to flood blood banks with 70,000 units. Who knows how much blood has been contaminated or how many innocent people have been infected. This isn't a protest; it's an act of violence.

MRSA Outbreak Among 'Gays' - Let the Whitewash Begin

From "MRSA Outbreak Among ‘Gays’ — Let the Whitewash Begin" by Matt Barber, posted at Townhall.com

You can’t help but feel a little sorry for Amanda Beck. She’s a reporter from Reuters who was among the first to cover a new study conducted by researchers at the University of California, San Francisco, which warns about an outbreak of a virulent, drug-resistant, and potentially deadly strain of Staph infection afflicting certain segments of the homosexual community.

Although outbreaks of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, or MRSA, have primarily been confined to hospitals in the past, the study determined that, due to “high risk behaviors” beyond hospital walls — such as “anal sex” — men who have sex with men are now 13 times more likely to contract the infection.

Because this particular strain can be transmitted through “skin-to-skin contact,” researchers fear the outbreak “has the potential for rapid, nationwide dissemination” and will spread to “the general population.” Once it does, they say it will be “unstoppable.”

The initial reporting by some in the mainstream media, even The New York Times, was fairly accurate and balanced. It superficially addressed the study’s lucid data and sound conclusions.

But all that quickly changed.

You see, by even reporting on this study, Amanda Beck and her media codefendants deviated from the script. They broke the rules. And in so doing, they really, really ticked off that 500-pound homosexual activist gorilla and his yappy, apple polishing lapdogs back at media central...
