Ultimate Pro-Choice: Internet Poll Decides Abortion

The website of Pete and Alisha Arnold of Minneapolis invites visitors to view images of their healthy unborn baby boy, and then register their vote for or against murdering the child.

In an interview with Gawker.com, the Arnolds said they were unsure if they wanted to be parents. After two miscarriages, they said they launched the site to put the choice in voter's hands.

"Voting is such an important part of who we are as a people," Pete Arnold told the website. "Here's a chance where people can be heard about whether they are pro-choice or whether they are pro-life, and it makes a difference in the real world."

The blog features updates on Alisha and the baby, referred to as Wiggles, which will be 17 weeks old on Friday, Nov. 19.

20 weeks is the period of legal abortion in the state of Minnesota, meaning Pete and Alisha Arnold have roughly three weeks to make their decision, or have an online poll make the decision for them.

Gawker.com writer Adrien Chen interviewed the couple, and Alisha Arnold said "it's definitely not a pro-life campaign," and “I believe in a woman's right to choose."
